Digital Government Institute, Government Customer Service Conference

Panelist and Member of Conference Education Advisory Committee

Stefanie was asked to be a panelist at the Government Customer Service Conference and Expo 2010, hosted in Washington D.C. by the Digital Government Institute (DGI). DGI specializes in the design and production of leading edge education programs on emerging trends and technologies for government IT management professionals. She was one of four speakers who shared their insights on multi-channel service delivery and answered questions from conference attendees.

In addition to serving as a panelist, Stefanie was invited to serve on the Conference Education Advisory Committee. Members of the committee help shape the conference agenda and identify topics and speakers of interest. Stefanie also hosted a lunchtime “Table Talk” on the topic Ten Things Every Organization Can Do to Improve Government Customer Service.

Stefanie and her client from NTIA presented over 200 attendees with a comprehensive overview of the unprecedented call center initiative elements of the 2009 Digital Television Conversion.
